Haus of Yachting is a Cape Town based crew recruitment and placement agency. Built as the next evolution of luxury yacht recruitment. We connect world class crew with elite vessels across the globe, combining genuine maritime expertise, technology driven precision and a real sense of care for the people at the heart of this industry.

Founded by a team who have lived yachting from the deck to the boardroom, HOY was built to raise the standard: protecting crew, elevating professionalism and delivering intelligent, accountable recruitment on a global stage. We are proudly rooted in South Africa, home to exceptional English speaking crew, rigorous training standards and genuinely  competitive pricing for owners and management companies worldwide.

What we do

For crew, we place Captains, Officers, Chief Stewardesses, Engineers, Chefs, Deckhands and Stewardesses into permanent and seasonal roles, supported by yachting specific CV guidance, interview preparation and career progression coaching through our Crew Sessions program. 

​For employers, we provide a screened, MLC aware placements for fleet management companies, yacht owners and captains, backed by confidential hiring processes and a proprietary platform built for structured, intelligent matching.​​
